These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of virasecurityexperts.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by Vira Security Experts, a service of Keystone Integrated Services LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use Software

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Vira Security Experts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for which you have purchased a license, solely for your personal or internal business use and for the number of devices specified in your license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software except as permitted by law; (b) sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software or license keys; (c) use the Services to violate any law or third-party right; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; or (e) use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

4. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Pricing

Some licenses are offered on a subscription basis and will renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change on renewal; we will provide notice before any material price change. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

Software subscriptions are billed in three-month periods at the starting price listed, unless checkout displays a different interval. Professional services and the PC Cleanup Tool are charged once at checkout.

4.2. Monthly subscription billing disclosure

For each recurring software subscription below, by placing your recurring order you authorize the charge shown, billed now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

• Basic Virus Scanner — By placing your recurring order of Basic Virus Scanner, you will be charged $10.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Essential Antivirus — By placing your recurring order of Essential Antivirus, you will be charged $15.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Advanced Threat Protection — By placing your recurring order of Advanced Threat Protection, you will be charged $29.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Private VPN — By placing your recurring order of Private VPN, you will be charged $39.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Complete Device Security — By placing your recurring order of Complete Device Security, you will be charged $59.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Family Internet Shield — By placing your recurring order of Family Internet Shield, you will be charged $69.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Business Endpoint Protection — By placing your recurring order of Business Endpoint Protection, you will be charged $79.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
• Home Firewall Setup — By placing your recurring order of Home Firewall Setup, you will be charged $89.95 now and every 3 months thereafter until you cancel your subscription.

All software licenses are delivered digitally immediately after purchase completion.

4.3. Billing descriptor

Charges from purchases on virasecurityexperts.com appear on your bank or card statement as Vira Security Experts. If you do not recognize that descriptor, contact us at support@virasecurityexperts.com or 833-762-2460 before disputing the charge with your bank.

Delivery and Fulfillment

All products and services offered on this website are delivered electronically or remotely. We do not ship physical goods.

Digital products and software licenses

Software subscriptions, license keys, and digital downloads (including ebooks, guides, and utilities) are fulfilled instantly upon successful payment. Delivery is by email to the address you provide at checkout. You will receive your license key, download link, or access instructions immediately after your order is confirmed.

Professional services

Security audits, consultations, and advisory sessions are provided remotely by phone, video conference, or secure online session. After purchase, we will contact you within two (2) business days at the email or phone number on your order to schedule your session. Written deliverables such as reports or action plans are sent electronically when the service is complete.

No physical shipping

Because all fulfillment is digital or service-based, physical shipping does not apply. Any billing or shipping address collected at checkout is used for payment verification and order records only.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase of a new license, provided the license has not been substantially used and no refund has previously been issued for the same product. Subscription renewals may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period. 6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vira Security Experts and Keystone Integrated Services LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the Services will detect or remove every threat or that any device will be completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Vira Security Experts, Keystone Integrated Services LLC, or our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vira Security Experts, Keystone Integrated Services LLC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable state and federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction where Keystone Integrated Services LLC maintains its principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@virasecurityexperts.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution as permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on virasecurityexperts.com or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
